1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, services, or products offered by Axiom Trade, operated by Eric James Cook, located at 2309 Fielding Dr, Lansing, MI 48911, United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Axiom Trade provides wholesale import and distribution of automotive parts, including body panels, alloy wheels and rims, engine components, suspension parts, brake systems, and lighting. Our services include:

Wholesale procurement from international manufacturers
Freight management and US customs clearance
Dedicated account management and after-sales support
Product consultation and catalog access

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business entities — distributors, dealers, repair shops, and fleet operators. By placing an order you confirm you are acting in a commercial capacity and not as a private consumer.

4. Orders and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 7 calendar days from issue unless stated otherwise. Confirmed orders are binding. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply per category. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless explicitly stated.

Note: Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is formally confirmed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Standard terms are 50% deposit on order confirmation and 50% prior to shipment. We reserve the right to withhold shipment until full payment is received. Payment methods: bank wire (ACH/SWIFT) and other methods as agreed.

6. Delivery and Risk

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier or delivery to the agreed delivery point. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Warranty and Returns

Claims for defective goods must be submitted within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will replace defective goods or issue a credit note at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — including logos, copy, product descriptions, and images — is the property of Axiom Trade or its licensors. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Trade shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ingham County, Michigan.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
